0 stars. I stopped by over a month ago to have my car looked at and spent about 30 minutes going through the options. I received two quotes, discussed pricing and the timeline, and stressed how important it was that I have my car back quickly because I travel for work. We picked a date a month in advance for me to drop off my car for 1–2 days, and I paid a deposit. When I arrived today, the manager seemed extremely unorganized and couldn’t initially find my information. After finally locating it, I left my keys and went on my way. Shortly after leaving, I received a call from Ali saying that his brother had done my original quote and that he was not comfortable doing the paint job. I then had to turn around and go back to pick up my car. My biggest issue is that you had an entire month to determine whether or not you were comfortable doing this job. If you knew or had concerns that you couldn’t do it, that should have been communicated to me before the appointment not after I took time out of my day, dropped my car off, and left it with you. This was a complete waste of my time and could have easily been avoided with better communication. I understand that a shop may decide not

I’m so glad I brought my car to Maaco. Ali and Tyrone were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Ali was very knowledgeable about what my car needed, and the paint job after the dent repairs came out perfect. He clearly had very high standards and wanted to ensure the paint work was excellent. My car looks amazing, and the entire experience was smooth — I truly felt well cared for from start to finish.

Ali, the owner, is a soft-spoken gentleman who treated me with respect and never tried to upsell me by even suggesting my Volvo needed more work than it did. (I had shopped around. That wasn't always the case.) Others were stingy with information signaling to me that I'd wind up paying way more than initially estimated. Ali's price was upfront and fair, and the work was immaculate. I couldn't be happier. Great experience.

I have been to Maaco three times with now being to the one in Manayunk PA on Umbria Street and it couldn’t have been better. I dropped my beater truck off and picked up a brand new vehicle. Gotta give it to these guys, they do good work. First with my Nissan Altima, Ford F150, and now my 05 Dodge Dakota. Couldn’t be happier with the service from Ali and Tyrone who worked with me to get this done.

Let me FIRST say I HIGHLY recommend MAACO on UMBRIA! New owner, new and refined team! Ali (OWNER) is a GEM! He was so humble professional caring and assured me that he and his team would make my truck look like NEW! I recently bought my dream truck. The interior is in mint condition however the exterior needed some serious TLC! As you can see in my BEFORE pics the paint peeled horribly!!! 🫣 I will admit I was super nervous dropping her off (took a week to repair) I did call a few times to check on the progress and they were patient answering any questions or concerns I had which made me feel more at ease but even more anxious to see the finished results!! Well here they are!! BEFORE and AFTER pics!! They did a phenomenal job at a reasonably phenomenal price! Brought me to happy tears of JOY!! I would recommend over and over again to those wanting quality honest professional and courteous service..GO TO ALI! MAACO on Umbria! You won't be disappointed!!!!!
